Partnering with families to provide a biblically-integrated education which seeks to prepare students to positively impact their world for Christ.
Oceanview Christian Academy
OCA is nestled in the welcoming community of Centreville, Cape Sable Island, on the beautiful South-Western tip of Nova Scotia.
As a private Christian school, OCA is student-centred and community-focused. We believe in partnering with families to create the best possible educational experience—one where students are known, valued, and encouraged to thrive.
With small class sizes, an enriched curriculum, caring and qualified teachers, and the support of a dedicated school board, OCA offers a nurturing environment where students can grow academically, personally, and spiritually.
For families on the South Shore, OCA is more than a school—it’s a community.

WHY CHOOSE OCA?
More families are choosing OCA for their children’s education because…
At OCA, every child is known, valued, and supported. With a teacher-to-student ratio of 1:10, our caring and dedicated teachers are able to give each student the attention they need to grow and flourish. We provide a safe and nurturing environment that feels like family, where children are encouraged to explore, ask questions, and discover their unique gifts. Rooted in Christian morals, values, and principles, we place a strong emphasis on character development as well as academics, helping students grow into kind, confident, and capable young people. Our student-centred programs are designed to meet individual needs, and we are deeply committed to each child’s success—both in the classroom and in life.
